On the morning of March 10, Zhonghe Gasification Technology Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as ZHGAS) held its 2020 Annual Operational Goals Presentation and Objective Responsibility Agreement Signing Ceremony online, attended by senior executives and all employees. At the meeting, General Manager Yu Kuangshi systematically reviewed the company’s 2019 operational performance and comprehensively outlined the 2020 strategic priorities. Subsequently, the leadership team signed annual objective responsibility agreements with heads of all departments.
The signing of these agreements marks a pivotal step for ZHGAS in strategic planning, departmental accountability, and employee commitment to excellence. Its significance lies in two key aspects:
Clarifying Direction, Strengthening Goal Alignment
In early February, ZHGAS formulated its annual OKR objectives across core business areas, new ventures, and operational management, defining 12 strategic goals and 32 critical deliverables. By late February, departments aligned their OKRs with corporate priorities and cascaded them into individual performance targets. This unified, transparent goal-setting framework systematically enhances company-wide focus on mission-driven execution.
Reinforcing Accountability, Activating Incentive-Driven Momentum
The agreements explicitly outline the rights and obligations of primary responsible parties and joint stakeholders, supported by differentiated resource allocation and interconnected incentive mechanisms to empower departments in achieving targets. By aligning responsibilities, authority, and benefits, these agreements foster a culture of accountability and motivation across the organization.
Adapting to Change, Leading with Vision
General Manager Yu Kuangshi emphasized that enterprises must anchor their strategies to survival and sustainable growth, requiring a deep understanding of macroeconomic trends, industry dynamics, and market demands. He urged all employees to translate objectives into actionable plans, collaborate with determination, and contribute collectively to realizing ZHGAS’s 2020 goals.
