To safeguard the health and well-being of employees stationed at project sites, and to continue putting the Company’s people-oriented management philosophy into practice, ZHGAS recently organized a special front-line care campaign.Company representatives visited the Chaohu Production Base, as well as project sites in Xinjiang, Shandong, Guangxi, and Guangdong, delivering cooling supplies and heartfelt care to employees who remain dedicated to their posts.

Caring for Employees on the Front Line

During the visits, company leaders personally delivered heatstroke-prevention medicines, beverages, fresh fruit, and other supplies to employees. They also took the time to ask about on-site working conditions, accommodation, meals, and logistical support, while listening carefully to the practical needs and concerns of front-line personnel.The employees were repeatedly reminded to take proper precautions against the heat, strictly follow on-site safety procedures, and balance work with adequate rest while carrying out their duties, so as to ensure their health and personal safety.
