On March 5, CAS Hefei Gasification Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ZHGAS) held the 2021 Annual Operational Goals Briefing and Target Responsibility Agreement Signing Ceremony. General Manager Yu Kuangshi presided over the meeting at the company’s Chaohu Headquarters, while Deputy General Manager Meng Guangjun and Chief Engineer Liu Jiapeng attended via video link from the Beijing Branch Office and Shanxi Tianyuan Project Site, respectively.
At the meeting, General Manager Yu Kuangshi conducted a systematic review of ZHGAS’s overall performance in 2020, highlighting both achievements and areas for improvement. He comprehensively outlined the company’s 2021 operational goals, business strategies, and management framework, aligning departmental priorities with strategic deployments.
Following this, ZHGAS leadership signed 2021 Target Responsibility Agreements with department heads. These agreements break down annual tasks into actionable objectives, clarify responsibilities, and reinforce accountability to ensure goal alignment. They also include incentive mechanisms for key deliverables to motivate employees and drive proactive engagement.
2021 marks ZHGAS’s fifth anniversary and a pivotal year for breakthroughs. The company will focus on two core themes: survival and development. By tracking industry trends, exploring market demands, expanding new business lines, optimizing team management, and nurturing talent, ZHGAS aims to strengthen its competitive edge, enhance operational capabilities, and achieve sustained growth. The meeting emphasized that all employees must act on goals, execute plans rigorously, and collaborate tirelessly to fulfill ZHGAS’s 2021 objectives.
