At the turn of the year, CAS Hefei Gasification Technology Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as ZHGAS) conducted a series of 2020 annual reviews, including all-staff performance evaluations, achievement recognition meetings, project retrospectives, and 2021 operational planning sessions, to comprehensively assess its accomplishments and chart goals for the coming year.
During the Annual Recognition Meeting, ZHGAS leadership commended outstanding teams and exceptional employees for their 2020 contributions. Awardees were urged to remain humble yet driven, while all staff were encouraged to emulate their dedication and align efforts toward the company’s growth.
The Engineering Department honored three project teams:
Xinjiang Yihua Team: Outstanding Project Team
Guizhou Hongsheng Team: Innovative Progress Team
Jiangsu Huiran Team: Efficient Management Team
The Design Department awarded distinctions such as Best On-Site Team, Best Design Optimization, and Best Project Team.
In Project Retrospectives, managers provided detailed reports on design, construction, project management, and cost control, identifying areas for improvement and proposing optimizations to guide future projects.
Ten colleagues from the Design Department, Engineering Department, Commerce Department, and other divisions were awarded the honorary title of "2020 Outstanding Employees."
ZHGAS leadership highlighted 2020 as a year of resilience and breakthroughs, marked by the successful commissioning of projects like Guizhou Hongsheng, Xinjiang Yihua, and Phase I of the Indonesia Xiangsheng Project. Exemplary employees emerged during these efforts—some worked on-site year-round with less than a week of annual leave; others braved severe COVID-19 conditions to support the Indonesia Xiangsheng Project. Their perseverance forged the ZHGAS Spirit: tenacity in adversity and accountability in action.
In 2021, ZHGAS will:
Refine the CGAS Circulating Fluidized Bed Coal Gasification Process, advancing fly ash combustion/gasification technologies to achieve harmless, resource-driven fly ash utilization through demonstration projects.
Launch solid/hazardous waste treatment projects(e.g., sludge disposal) and scale up fixed-bed indirect cooling retrofits to reduce emissions.Develop core environmental technology packages to drive sustainable growth through product innovation.
